The hotel has a speakeasy-style bar, bikes to borrow, and an amazing restaurant with killer cocktails and a meat tray. We loved the Library bar, which serves craft cocktails in an intimate atmosphere!

Felt truly spoilt, nothing too much trouble.

    speakeasy bar
    vibrant location
    limited amenities

The hotel features a captivating speakeasy-style bar, perfect for enjoying expertly crafted cocktails in an intimate setting. The location offers immediate access to vibrant Market Square, with plenty of restaurants and local culture right outside the door.

The suite I stayed in felt a bit dark, lacking sufficient natural light, with the living area offering only limited illumination. Also, the gym isn't on-site, requiring passes to a YMCA a few blocks away, which feels like a letdown when you expect convenient facilities at a hotel. The business center amounted to a simple printing kiosk in the hall, which might not meet the needs of business travelers. Lastly, some furnishings showed wear that could use an update for a more polished experience.

decent stay but some areas need improvement

The front desk staff provided outstanding assistance, making our group feel valued and welcomed. The spacious Deluxe Queen Room offered a comfortable and relaxing environment. Having quick access to Market Square was a significant advantage during our visit.

We experienced some noise during the night that disrupted our sleep.

Our stay was fantastic! The suite was spacious and comfortable for our family, and we loved the warm cookies left at turndown. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore downtown with our young child, making it a stress-free experience.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options on the property.
